I'm a holistic health and wellness coach who works with professional women who have everything figured out publicly — and feel stuck privately. You're the one everyone leans on. The last place you show up for yourself is the mirror.

I've been there. My journey into coaching started with my own struggles — balancing performance goals with a real relationship to food and my body. Years of experimenting, studying evidence-based training and nutrition, and learning what actually works — not just what looks good on paper — led me here.

What I know for certain: sustainable transformation isn't about perfection. It's about progress, compassion, and whole-person support. You don't need another program. You need a coach who actually gets it.

I built this for the woman who's tired of stopping and starting. Who wants to look like she trains, feel confident in her skin, and build a lifestyle that holds up through the highs and lows — not just when life is easy.
